1. Publisher and scope
Wrong Bear is operated by Bartłomiej Fryz Consulting, a sole trader based in Poland. In these terms, “I” and “Wrong Bear” refer to that business. Contact: contact@wrongbear.com.

These terms cover this website and Space Safari. Space Safari is in development; descriptions of in-app purchases apply when the game and those purchases become available. This website does not accept payments. Announcements about Loopshire are information about a separate project, not an offer to sell a finished game.
The store's purchase terms also apply. For the iOS version, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement governs the app licence; these terms supplement it for the matters described here and do not replace it with a custom EULA. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over any conflicting term.
2. Playing and permitted use
You may play a lawfully obtained copy for your personal entertainment on compatible devices, subject to the applicable store licence. Ownership of the game's code, artwork, music and other protected content remains with its respective owners.
Do not unlawfully redistribute the game, bypass purchase verification, infringe others' rights, or attack the website or purchase services. These restrictions do not remove uses permitted by law, including applicable software-interoperability exceptions.
Children should use the game with appropriate parental or guardian supervision. A purchase must be authorised by the account holder and meet the store's age and payment rules. Parents can use store purchase-approval settings. A content age rating is not permission for a child to make an unauthorised purchase.
3. Space Safari purchases
The planned paid item is a one-time full-campaign unlock. It is a non-consumable purchase: it does not renew automatically and is not a subscription. The purchase screen and store confirmation show the content and current price before you approve a charge.
Google Play or Apple processes the payment through its in-app purchase system. An internet connection and a suitable store account are needed for purchasing and restoring ownership. Content is unlocked after the store confirms a valid purchase; a pending parental approval does not yet grant the unlock.
Use the game's restore-purchases option with the same store account if you reinstall or change to a compatible device. Purchases are tied to the platform on which they were made; buying on Android does not automatically unlock the iOS version, or vice versa. Any family-sharing eligibility depends on the store and the product's settings.
Restoring a purchase restores access to content, not deleted local progress. If the store refunds or revokes a purchase, access to its paid content may be removed.
4. Refunds, problems and complaints
For store-billed purchases, use the applicable Google Play refund process or Apple refund process. Eligibility depends on the purchase, your location, the store's rules and applicable law. These terms do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule.
You can also contact me at contact@wrongbear.com for missing content, technical problems or complaints. Include the game version, platform and a description of the issue; provide an order reference only when needed to investigate a purchase. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
Where consumer law gives you remedies for faulty or non-conforming digital content, those remedies remain available. Any loss of a statutory withdrawal right for immediately supplied digital content occurs only where the applicable legal conditions, including any required express agreement and acknowledgement, are met. Installing the game or reading this page alone is not such a waiver.
5. Updates, compatibility and local progress
Check the store listing for supported devices and system requirements. Gameplay, balance and features may change through updates. I will respect any duties to provide necessary updates and any rights relating to content you have already purchased.
Progress and settings are stored locally. Removing the app, clearing its data or losing a device may erase progress unless it is restored through your platform's backup service. Wrong Bear does not provide its own cloud-save account.
Store services and this website may occasionally be unavailable. I do not promise uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every future device. This does not limit mandatory obligations or remedies.
6. Privacy and your legal rights
The Privacy Policy explains local game data, store purchases, Unity, website hosting and support correspondence. Accepting these terms does not provide consent to optional tracking or other processing requiring separate consent.
Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies for non-conforming digital content, fraud or deliberate wrongdoing. No compulsory arbitration, waiver of legal claims or exclusive foreign court is imposed by these terms.
Polish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence. You may bring a claim before any court competent under applicable law. Please contact me if there is a problem so I can try to resolve it; doing so is not a condition for exercising your legal rights.
7. Changes and contact
I may update these terms to reflect changes to the game, services or law. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes affecting players will be communicated appropriately, and any acceptance required by law will be requested. Changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to an earlier purchase.
